As you may have noticed, I'm foolin' with my banner. Brandon, who is the man, found my motorhead font so I made a new clix banner and then started playing with my header banner.
I'm not done with that but if it looks goofy, that's why. My photoshop skills are improving but I still suck at it.
The font is here if anyone wants it.

I think the banner looks cool -- but how does one pronounce "moronosphere" when it has a umlaut over the third "o"? Of course, if you're talking about a heavy metal umlaut it has no effect at all, but just for argument's sake....
Seriously, though -- I'd increase the vertical space between the bottom of the text and the bottom of the text in the banner to allow for some purple border space. Otherwise I think it's swell.
Dead on, Grëgg! It's the dreaded heavy metal ümlaut!
To quote Lemmy, it's just there "to make it look mean."
I need to completely re-do the logo, but I ran out of time. I want to spread the letters out, make 'em black and outline 'em in white, or something. That was a first try and everything I do in p-shop takes me like 15 failed tries before I get it right. My brain seems to be photoshop resistant.
And of course I may just change it back to my pirate font in a week as soon as the novelty wears off. B^)

Very cool. Thank you :) I went looking for it, but kept running into that oh-so-icky 'motorhead' one that you found. There's a LOT of really ugly fonts out there.
Looks MUCH better now. Gives the homestead here an edge.
But switch back when and if the novelty wears off. Even pirates like a little variety. Keeps their enemies guessing.
I'm thinking the umlaut shöuld gö över the secönd "ö," like The Morönosphere. Yöu knöw, my twö cents and all.
Kisses, daddy-ö.
You could be right, Chelseå Gīrl.
You're the umlautiest!
I like this... pewter-y, slightly spread, almost concave looking.
Brandon gets all the credit for that. The Host with the Most.
great! i was looking the font since a very long time. muchas gracias!
