I am so very happy.

And relieved.

So happy.

Here's history, me and the kids sitting here in this falling-apart trailer, watching history unfold. I'm so glad to be sitting here way past my bedtime, sharing this with my children. I'm ready for a change.

Two of my sons voted in their first presidential election today. One just said, Is this what it feels like to have faith in humanity? What an amazing speech.
I feel like I can finally breathe. I am calm for the first time in months.

Hey C, you were right and Texas, as a whole, was wrong!
It's going to take a long time to fix 8 years of bush-ups,
though.

It was amazing wasn't it. I hope this change is the beginning of many. (Hugs)Indigo

Wasn't it just so incredible and moving? I'm still wanting to breathe it in again and again.

I don't think I've ever seen this kind of reaction to a presidential election, both nationwide and worldwide. I really hope that this victory sends a wake up call to the politicians in Washington that the time has come for some real change.
